A Notary Public is allowed to charge for each notarial act, but not more than:

     Acknowledgments - $10.00

Oaths or affirmations - $10.00

  Jurats - $10.00

 Protests - $10.00

Copy Certifications - $10.00

Solemnizing a Marriage - $30.00

 Verifying a VIN - $20.00

E-notarizations - $25.00

* Each signature notarized is a notarial act; each page that needs to be notarized is also a notarial act.

* Travel Fee - $10 - $35 depending on distance.  See below

* Holiday Charges - $50

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, money orders are excepted. Debit/credit cards are accepted via electronic transfer only; for example, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. Please make money orders payable to: "The Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent, Corp."   

Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled without penalty within one (1) hour of the appointment time. If an appointment is made and the signer does not appear, or decides the services are not needed, or for any other reason fails to complete the business at hand, the travel fee will be invoiced and owned by the signer.
